Sea Lane
Street guide, Pagham
A short road leading to the beach at Pagham, providing one of the main access points to the shingle shore. Sea Lane has a scattering of bungalows and houses, some with direct sea views. The road ends at the beach, where the shingle drops steeply to the waterline. There is limited parking at the end of Sea Lane, used by beach visitors and dog walkers. Coastal erosion has affected properties near the shore over the years, and the exposed position means that winter storms can be dramatic. The lane has a quiet, end-of-the-road character typical of small coastal access roads.
