The main road running through Pagham, connecting the village to the B2166 and onwards to Bognor Regis. Pagham Road carries most of the through traffic in the village and has a mix of residential properties along its length, from older cottages near the village centre to more modern houses further north. The village hall stands on Pagham Road and is a focal point for community events. The road is relatively straight and busy by village standards, particularly during school drop-off and collection times. Speed has been a recurring concern for residents, and a 30mph limit applies through the built-up area.
