Summer Lane
Street guide, Pagham
A long residential road running north to south through Pagham, connecting the B2166 in the north to the village centre in the south. Summer Lane has a mix of housing types, including interwar bungalows, 1960s houses and some newer developments. Allotments along the lane are well tended and provide growing space for local residents. The road carries local traffic and is one of the main routes through the village. Side roads branch off into quiet residential closes. The southern end of Summer Lane meets the older lanes near the church, marking the transition from modern residential Pagham to the historic village core.
