A small parade of shops on Rose Green Road, on the western edge of the Pagham area. The parade includes a convenience store and a fish and chip shop, providing basic services for the Rose Green neighbourhood. The shops are within walking distance for many Pagham residents and reduce the need to travel into Bognor Regis for everyday items.
